I would like to seek some clarification in regards to your choice of project. Would you be in urgent need to look for own stay or are you looking for another property for investment purposes. If you are buying for investment singapore is a stable place to watch your asset grow. However, if you are looking to flip in 3 years, you might want to consider waiting. Now is never too late to buy for long term investment/own stay.
However, if you are not in urgent need to look for a place to stay, you might want to consider new projects as you do not have to go through the hassle of negotiating the ever changing pricing from owners. You can also ensure that you have the lowest price among new owners of the future.
