I am planning to buy a new condo 2 BR,Freehold. Budget 1,5 m - 2 m. Mostly for investment ( seek high yield rental). What project is suitable for me ? It should be TOP obtained / 1 yrs old.

Hi Jonathan,

Based on your available budget, there should be a handful of choices available. By any chance, are you a Singaporean? Why not look into purchasing a landed property here? Due to the lack of land in Singapore, it will be a wise choice to invest into landed properties in Singapore for capital appreciation. What's more, you will be one of the estimated 10% of landed property owners in Singapore. If you are interested to explore in this option, do let me know as I have a few units within your mentioned budget.
