Dear Mr/Ms Ng,

One Amber asking rental for a 1 bedroom unit is in the range of $3,000 a month and 3 bedrooms unit is calling at the range of $5,000 and above. As for One Jervois, a 3 bedroom unit for rent is typically calling in the range of $7,000, therefore what are the chances for you to successfully rent a unit in these 2 projects with your budget?

Perhaps we can work out alternative if you are keen to explore.
