There maybe rare units available in D15 of course but that will be snapped up pretty quickly by buyers. In fact the landed property market has not been cooled much and transactions are still ongoing with estimated at least 20 transactions going on in district 15 itself for past 1 to 2 months. In terms of whether it is a good time to purchase, I have to say that as long as you are ready financially to commit to a landed purchase, it will definitely not go wrong in future with scarce land supply in Singapore.
