I am looking to buy a unit at Thomson 800. Need advice on current going $Psf and the zoning of the land where Mt Alvernia Hospital sits on and if there is any redevelopment plans for the hospital in the near future

As per indicated by Keith, there is no ongoing development plans within the plot mentioned.
