I am looking to buy a freehold condo at Tiong Bahru area for my own stay. I have interest on Twin Regency, Regency Suites and The Regency.

If the price reach around SGD800/psf, I will consider to purchase either a 2 room or 3 room.

I will need a broker specialise in this area to keep me inform.
