Rather than trying to time the market, I'd suggest that you prioritize the purchase based on your needs, affordability etc.

For a start, make a call to one of us for a discussion to identify the property that you like and how much it cost. Get a feel of what it takes to finance a property and the eligible loan amount based on your income etc.

I'm quite sure you will have a better idea to buy now or later after that.
