I feel that it is the right time now that if you are thinking of selling your 5-Rm HDB. For HDB, 3-Rm and 4-Rm prices will be holding firm, but prices for 5-Rm and EM might come down a bit.

Then prices for private property are coming down further. Is the right time to buy now.
