I am looking for a resale flat/apartment due to ineligibilty to purchase a new HDB flat. Based on current mkt prices, condos & HDBs are pretty competitive so I am in 2 minds about it. For a condo, I would prefer freehold or 999yrs leasehold and budget around 600K in the East area (loyang or Pasir Ris). 3 bed rooms preferred.
For HDB, what are the current mkt price in Tampines/Pasir Ris 5-room flats? Preferably near Downtown east.
Finally, what are the payment modes for both types of flats?
