Hi Francois,

I have a single storey semi detach house for sale in D15 Siglap area for sale. Land size is approximately 2900sqf ideal for rebuilding. Would you be keen in this unit?

My understanding is that you are a PR therefore you will be required to seek approval from Land Dealings Unit to purchase a landed property in Singapore. The requirements have been pretty strict from my understanding and fortunately, my team had 2 cases successfully approved this year alone.

Do let me know if you have viewed any other units so far such that I can make arrangements for you along the way.
