I am interested to buy a 2-Bedders/ or 3-Bedders unit (size at least 900 sq ft) at either a) One Leicester, or b) Blossom@ Woodleigh. Can anyone tell me which project is better? My budget is between $1 - 1.5 mio max. I am interested to look at any offers around S$1,000 psf... Any interested sellers, kindly please leave me a note, Thanks!

Hi Mr Wong,

There's no absolute answer to which project is better, it's up one's perception. Some may think that one leicester's location is bad as it's near PIE and noise level might be high. Some may think that Blossom @ woodleigh will be a quieter project (currently there are constructions going on around it) but it will have the HDB view so it's hard to tell.

I am marketing a unit at one Leicester - 3 bedrooms, 1208sf asking for $1.6M but can be achieved at $1.5M to close. High floor, pool facing. Unit currently tenanted till 4/17.
