I have a few units at the Waterfront Gold(direct from developer's sales).If you hold on for another month or so,the good facing units might be taken up by then.Furthermore,for new projects,(especially by prestigious developer),they will not lower down their price,unlike the resale market.Please feel free to contact me if you have any queries.Thanks

    Thanks Lyna, I went down to the waterfront gold last Friday, I am interested on the block 3, facing south 3 bed room unit ~$900 but if there is any unit at waterfront wave/key PSF lower than this. call me at 97562019  can?
