I am getting married to a work permit holder & hope to find a 3-rm resale flat at around Ang Mo Kio or Yishun area. I am earning about $30k per year & my HDB loan is abt $150k & my CPF Ord is abt $50k. I only have cash at hand of about $10k. Do you have any recommendation for me?

Hi Hsiang Yong, may I suggest you rent a master/ common room at the meantime because the COV ( CASH OVER VALUE )for resale flat is still above your $10k. Saved more money now and wait for right opportunity to buy later.. I specialise in North region sale / rent / buy.
