I am currently single and reaching 35 next year. I am interested to buy a 4R resale flat in bishan. What is the current COV now and when should i start viewing??

Hi, current COV for a Bishan 4R resale can range from 20 to 60k, pending on several factors. If you are going to turn 35 towards the end of next year, it is a bit early to start looking. If you will be 35 in early 2011, you can start viewing immediately as the process takes a few months.
