I am currently considering The Terrene at Toh Tuck Road. The asking psf for the unit we are keen is about $1200. I have been doing some research on the properties along the same road but found that $1200psf is about 20-30% above the other properties in that vicinity. I can see the potential of this area but why such a vast difference in psf even compared to one that offers the same potential?

You might want to compare the finishing of the the 2 projects The Terrene and 368 Thomson. You can tell me about it via email after you view the 2 showflats and I will tell you what I feel.

    Thank you for your reply but we don't quite like 368 Thomson area. That's why we did not view it. And we prefer area with better primary schools.
