I am considering to change from vinyl to tiles flooring, because I heard it will increase the hdb valuation. Is that true? I will be incurring additional 4.7k for just the living room. I have no intention to keep the current laminate flooring. It would be vinyl or tiles.

Will it be really worth to change to tiles because the value of my resale house will go up? At least 5k to make it worth while.
