For rental, the commission is

1 year lease : 0.5 month commission.
2 years lease : 1 month commission.

For sale, the commission is usually 2% of selling price, however it is negotiable.

the agent service fee is small amount, but , your selling price is high, so minimise your risk.. if you achieve your selling target..pay the agent well 2% or more..
for rental ..one month service fee.
