I am considering getting a condo/ HDB resale with maybe near SCGS. I am considering somewhere near my parent house which is at lavender MRT or near the school. I staying now in punggol and considering selling away and buy a new one. Anyone could advise me.

Hi Tang,

You are right. It's easier to buy a house than selling in current situation. If you are serious about selling, you should engage an agent and let him help you in getting the valuation done.

Once your house is sold, you can start hunting for your dream home. During this period, have an alternative place to stay before your new house is ready.
