I am co-owner of a flat with my sister and parents. My sister has taken over the loan and is paying from her CPF. I plan to purchase a flat with my husband and need to remove my mame from my parents flat. However i am not on talking terms with them and they refuse to help. Is there anyway i can remove my name?

Hi, you can try walking in to the branch office of your estate and to seek advice.
