I am a serious buyer looking for a 3 bedder for own occupation. After the 30 Aug property cooling measures announced by the governemnt, is it possible that prices in Soliel can fall to the S$1,200 psf level? I would very much like to purchase a 3-bedroom in Soleil but my budget is only S$1.78 million. The 2-bedder does not suit my requirements even if it comes with a study. I can commit within one or two days if someone offers me that price.
