Morning Mr. Nadin,

Since your spouse is SC, you will be eligible to purchase BTO either as first or second timer, if you have used housing grant for your current unit. Once you have opt for BTO, you will not be eligible to purchase private property. If you opt to buy your second property, you will still be eligible to keep the current HDB unit.

Hi morning Mr. Nadin,

Sure for SC-SPR household which has met MOP, yes you can purchase another BTO but you will have to pay a resale levy of $45K in cash upfront on top of the usual downpayment of (10% or 20%) depending on what loan you take.

Yes you can purchase resale pte property and keep your current HDB. But if you wish to go for another BTO again, you have to dispose your private property and your 1st BTO flat, so it is not really advisable unless there's a strong compelling reason.

You seem to be considering various options, can I speak to you to understand your requirements better and draw up a plan customized to your needs? Will be glad to share the pros and cons of all options. Thanks!

Warm regards,
