I am a landlord who rented out my room to one Singapore PR, for twelve months. The TA stated 2 months notice after 10 months. However, after less than 2 months, the tenant told me that she wants to terminate the agreement early. May I ask what else can I do besides forfeiting the deposit?

Hi Joey,

Without looking through the whole tenancy agreement, we are unable to know what else you can do. Why not seek your agent's advise on this matter?

Tenants can visit http://bit.ly/SGExpatRental (Official Rental Requirements - Singapore Expatriates) to indicate your rental requirements.
