I am a buyer and will attend the resale completion appointment soon this week. However my seller or seller's son was a difficult person to begin with. I received news that they wanted a extension of 5 days which I am not agreeable to. Unfortunately I did sign on hand-written agreement to for an extension of 5 days after completion of sale of the said property. ( These was done under the influence of some alcohol ) There was also no advice or mention by my agent and the seller agent for rental fee. Now my question is

- If I am not willing to agree on the extension can this hand written agreement be used to fulfilled the terms

- ill advised by agent(s) by to sign the handwritten agreement with no rental fee included - Is there any way for the involed agent to take up responsibility on their part.
