Renting Property

I am a 3NG Flat at Toa Payoh for Rental.Fully furnish.MOve in condition.Both room air con. and with bed, cupboards mattresses, lcd etc. Whats the average rental for this ?Please advice. Level 10th.

Hi Mr Chou,

It should be around $2k. It really depends on the actual location and condition.

Being close to MRT will definitely fetch more.

If I am able to, I would market the rental at $2200 based on your description. Very much will depend on the condition of unit as well.
