I am a 27yo Singaporean, single and is evaluating my options of purchasing a property. I have no intention of getting married in the near future. Is condo my only option? Am I eligible for those EC sales launches?

Hi,

Yes private condo is your only option. For new ECs and most resale HDB Eligibility schemes, a family nucleus is required. For Single Singapore Citizen Scheme, you need to be 35 & above.
