Depending on your unit's actual location and level, the rental should range from $2200 to $2600.

I am not very comfortable in providing an estimate without seeing your unit first as many a times, owners are quoting me that their units are in good condition and turn out very much otherwise when I brought in tenants for viewing.

Appreciate if we are able to fix an appointment to see your unit and work out a price from there.
