Hi, it is not really an offence at all. For eg, a unit could be jointly owned by 2 or 3 owners, but most of the time the TA comes with only one name of the owner.

Dear Sir/Madam;

To avoid complications in case there is a need for arbitration in future; it is best to reflect the same name(s) in both documents. It is wise to make amendment to reflect correctly and it is really not too much trouble doing that. Better to settle and you can have peace of mind for the rest of the tenure.
