House buying & COV Control,

Currently in sengkang the cov goes even to 55k, and an average 30K, I wonder THE HDB keep on telling 5k or 7k cov, but we search through the whole of sengkang and we barely see any unit for this COV, even 2nd or 3rd floor demanding more than 30k. If this goes on we definetly see property bubble in sg market, is there anything can do about this COV portion.. We strongly hope goverment will do something about this, otherwise middle class people have to struggle..
