Hi...We have more than 360K in CPF. We want to use that amt to purchase a flat. However we do not want to take a bank loan & no COV. Pl assist to what we can do? Thank you.

Hi Rose,

What type of HDB property are you looking at? Depending on your age, $360k in CPF is a decent amount for purchasing a 3room HDB flat.

Do share with me more on your requirements and I hope that I am in a better position to advise after that.

Hi...I am 45 yrs old...We only need a 3I or 4S and my husband is working. Or if I can purchase a new house under my son's name who is 22 years old.Are there any ew flats that are already ready to move in and not have to wait for years. Rgds.
