Hi.I had gone to see a unit for sale at Hillington Green. There were plenty of hairline cracks in the unit. Even on the ceiling. The cracks were also visible on the tiles in bathroom and kitchen. I was told that this is common. I'll like to seek advice on whether this is true and what precautions I should take when buying such a unit, if I buy it at all...

It's rather common for the hairline crack to be visible in Hillington Green as it's rather close to the rail way track. Its earth plate will revolve moments and the cracks on tile are form. :) Read More
