Hi,I am a divorced person with a kid.I would like to know whether am I eligible to buy a new flat directly from HDB as I am interested in Yishun Greenwalk 4 rm.I am currently earning 2k per month.And I had not much cpf as I am self employed for the previous 8 yrs.Can I buy with my fiance as he had applied a 5 room flat from HDB 12 yrs ago with his ex wife but had sold off for 4 yrs already.How much do I have to pay for the downpayment and do I have any grant as a first timer?
