For purchasing of resale HDB, the option fee for OTP is max $1k and for the option exercise fee its max $4k, total deposit will not exceed $5k as per HDB regulations. The balance of the purchase price and stamp duties will be payable closer to the completion date approximately 10 to 12 weeks later.

Ivan was prompt in replying to my endless queries & concerns. He was very attentive to details and he knows my exact 'taste' during the process of house hunting.
