Hi, would like to check the following situation should be under will with family arrangement or trust. 3 siblings (all married but only 2 of them have their own flat), is it possible for the parent to gift the sibling with no flat their hdb with condition of not selling, and if In the event of selling (all 3 must agreed), the proceeds from sale will be split between the 3 siblings.
