can i check with you if u are buying after you selling,cause according to how i plan for my client is i will check if the area of their choices of buying is asking how much COV and than try to factor their renovation cost into the asking cov of their existing unit than it would be easier for my client to know how much pure profit if they had made for selling their unit!!!
