Hi, what is the risk of allowing my lawyer to release the 4% fees to the seller before completion of my private condo? I have received a request from my seller, through his lawyer, appealing to me to release the fees to him about 1.5 month before the completion. I am worried that if I do not release the fees, the seller may sabotage the property before the completion.
