Hi,

We're a couple that just got engaged, and looking for a 4 or 5room resale hdb preferably in CCK area (mid to high floor), around Limbang or De La salle school (St 51,52). Bukit Panjang is one of our choice as well.

Not too sure what's the market value like now for these areas as we've seen vast contrast in various properties where COV ranges from 5k to 20k.

Our budget is approx 330-350k, low up front cash, and we'll be living close to our parents.

Is this realistic? Many thanks

Hi Jenson,

I believe Bukit Panjang is a place to look at, as in 6-7years to come, there is an upcoming MRT station, rather than current LRT system.

I do have a Jelapang unit Blk 501 currently hot. Valuation at $290k and last offer (not closed yet was $10k COV. Also, i do have a list of bukit panjang and cck units for you to view.
