Hi, we signed a LOI to rent out a flat and given one month security deposit. The LOI did not have diplomatic clause terms and conditions which we are not aware of. I specifically asked the agent on what is diplomatic clause and what will happen if we move out. She never mentioNed about any of the losses that will incur if we excercise diplomatic clause.
