Hi,
We planned to ROM by Oct 2010, both of us are SPR. I have substantial CPF and enough cash and wish to buy 4-rm resale flat with budget $300K max, west, high floor and low COV.
1. when should we start sourcing and buying?
2. Possible on meeting our criteria as above mentioned?
