Hi,
We are planning to move out of the house we are currently living. However, the main tenant(John) is saying that we are both main tenants of the house so we cannot move out.
When I saw the contract, I saw that my IC number was in the contract but my signature wasn't there. John's IC was also there and he was the one who signed the contract, not me.
My question is, are we considered as main tenants even if my signature wasn't in the contract?
