Hi, we are looking for resale HDB btw 250k to 350k (for 4 rms with low/no cov)at Woodlands, Admiralty, Sembawang or Yishun area. Near MRT. My current cpf ard 40k. We only have a cash flow of ard 35k. Pls advice how much cash we need in buying the resale HDB flat? Is there any units suit our needs. Many thanks.

Hi KW, For Sembwang & Admiralty, COV is lower now. But Valuation is higher in Sembawng compare to Yishun & Admiralty. Feel free to contact me if you need any assistance.
