Hi to all gurus,
As my divorce is finalizing end of this month and my current HDB flat will be sold soon and buyer will exercise it next month.
Question is: will I still be hit with absd right after my buyer exercise option or do I have to wait till the completion of the entire sales before I can buy a private?
Secondly, I am buying a private with a non related party and both of us intend to use our cpf. - she is first time with no residential property or hdb under her name
As for down payment - we are using our existing OA + bank bridging loan to pay 15% and stamp duty but not using cpf sales proceed but the cpf sales proceed will be used for my monthly mortgage loan.
With the above point, will I still be eligible to buy a private property with a non related party before the completion of my sales of HDB? Thank you
