The best way is to do a valuation for your hdb flat. I can do that for you at my own cost. From there, we can work out the selling price.

Possibly $470k.Depend on the height of your house, the condition of your flat,distance to MRT.Also depend on the valuation report.Depend on who and how your flat is marketed.
