Hi there. I'm looking seriously into selling my 4 yr old 1 bdrm condo unit (Boutique development)in T.Kurau. Ground flr with fairly large patio and back dr at kitchen. 5 min. from Parkway Parade. Good size of 560 sqft. I'm intending to sell it at above $1120/sqft, neg. Any takers? For agents, I'm only willing to sign exclusive for 1 mnth.
