Hi there, im a singaporean pr with malaysian citizenship, i was wondering if i would be able to buy property in malaysia? with me being a Singaporean Pr and all? thanks in advance!

Good evening Kenny,

If you have a HDB in Singapore, you have to fulfill the applicable minimum occupation period of your HDB first before you can purchase a private property be it in Singapore or overseas.

If not, I don't foresee any implication for you to purchase a property in Malaysia.
