Hi there,
I signed a 1 year lease (Apr 16 - Mar 17).
My employment will be ending sooner than expected (31Oct) and i will be leaving Singapore thereafter.
there is obviously no ext clause, but there is also no reimbursement clause.
what is the best way to go about it? i am finding negotiating with the landlord's agent infuriating as it all requires costs.
i think 3 months notice is long enough to find another tenant.
