Hi there,
I have 4 tenants looking for a place to rent in Pasir Ris.
- Prefer to have 2 rooms in the same unit (2 tenants will share a room)
- no need air con
- must be allowed to cook and use the washing machine and fridge.
- willing to pay utilities in addition to rental
- budget $1000 nego
- target to move in 1st June 2010
Tenant profile: 4 Filipino male, on work permit. Been staying / working for a couple of years in Singapore. Working as technicians in an aviation company.
