Hi there!

I am having an issue on bto key collection. Our ECD was suppose to be on Oct 2016. However, the key collection came early which was on Jul 2016. My partner will only be back from his overseas studies in November 2016. I appealed to HDB and the officer was stern saying that she can only defer with no charges till sep 2016 or else we will need to pay a late completion interest of $2000 plus per month. She suggested to get a POA overseas but he is in Texas and there is no Singapore Embassy there.


Pls advise.
