Saw the latest txn price for
1. The Metropolitan (next to REDHILL MRT) at $710 psf - brandnew LH99.

2. Central Green (next to TIONG BAHRU) at $680 psf

I am looking at buying a 3BR unit near these 2 MRT stations at $600 or less psf.

Let me know if you are sellling any units in these developments.
