Hi requesting help from all the specialise in district 9 and 10. i'm looking for a condo that has NO Balcony and is at least 1600sqf minimum. 3-4bedroom is fine. small planter that do not take up much space is fine provided that if the unit is nice. i've plans to put up renovation myself so the design on the unit is not very important. utmost important is which are the condos that has NO Balcony at all, and not older then 10years. Appreciate if you can help as i'm considering for a purchase. thanks

Looking at D9&10, new properties less than 5years old with the size you are sourcing for most will ot fit in your requirements.

There are couple of projects that are 5years and older, with no balcony. I will need to know more specific details so I can recommend some listings I have on hand and other projects that you may want to consider.
