Hi, recently applied name transfer to include my wife name into existing HDB fully paid. But HDB now request medical certification that my father is in correct state of mind (80y/o). Now my problem is that my father is not willing to go see the doctor as he thinks going to HDB to sign letter is conclusive enough already. Any way I can go around this?
